Welcome to Cardello Lighting & Electric Supply online. If you wish to purchase from our online catalog, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.


All products sold by Cardello Lighting & Electric Supply are covered by the manufacturer`s warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at (412) 322-8059 for assistance in processing your claim. We will not under any terms or conditions be liable for installation fees of any kind. Please examine your product fully before installing it. Cardello Lighting & Electric Supply customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am. to 4:00pm., Eastern Standard Time.


If within 14 days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not ship the product back without contacting us first for a Return Goods Authorization # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship a replacement product back to you (at our expense).


We offer free shipping on most online orders over $99 to the contiguous 48 states, however, oversized shipments may be subject to additional fees. Orders can take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at (412) 322-8059 if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.


Select brands are part of our Quick Ship Program. Orders for in-stock quick ship items placed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday typically ship out from the factory within 2 business days. Quick Ship orders are shipped directly to you free, however, oversized shipments may be subject to additional fees.


If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, FEDEX) immediately.


Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Special order items cannot be cancelled. Non-defective returns must be made within 14 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon manufacturer approval. Items must be in their original boxes, must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging in-tact. Items returned that do not meet these terms will not be accepted. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded – (if applicable).


Cardello Lighting & Electric Supply follows strict IMAP (internet minimum advertised pricing) policies set directly by our manufacturers. If you find an item for a lower price elsewhere, please contact us with the advertisement or webpage and give us the opportunity to match it for you.
